Ownership of Content
Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, articles, graphics, logos, captions, and other content published by PPPR Media are protected by copyright and remain the property of PPPR Media or the identified rights holder.
Publication on the PPPR Media website or social-media channels does not place the content in the public domain.

Downloading, copying, reproducing, modifying, removing watermarks or credits, redistributing, selling, licensing, or republishing PPPR Media content requires prior written permission unless an applicable license or legal exception clearly permits the use.

- Brand websites
- Posters
- Merchandise

Approval and pricing depend on the photograph, intended use, territory, duration, distribution, and any applicable event, venue, league, promoter, or third-party restrictions.
Social-Media Use
Reposting or embedding PPPR Media photographs on social media is not automatically authorized merely because the photographer is credited.
Organizations, brands, teams, artists, venues, promoters, and individuals should request permission before downloading and republishing a PPPR Media photograph.
A written license may specify:

A license may require a different credit line depending on the assignment, publication, or rights holder.
Credit does not replace permission, a license, or payment when those are required.
Pricing and License Requests
Licensing fees are provided by request and depend on the intended use.
A licensing request should include:
- Image or gallery reference
- Intended use
- Publication or organization
- Platforms
- Territory
- Duration
- Estimated audience or distribution
- Whether the use is editorial, commercial, or promotional
- Requested publication date
Requests may be submitted through the PPPR Media Contact page.
Event, Venue, League, and Credential Restrictions
Media access or event credentials may include restrictions established by teams, leagues, venues, promoters, artists, publicists, or event organizers.
Possession of the copyright does not automatically remove contractual, credential, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other third-party restrictions.
PPPR Media will review applicable event and credential terms before approving licensing or reuse.
Model and Property Considerations
Some commercial or promotional uses involving identifiable people, private property, trademarks, artwork, or protected locations may require additional permissions or releases.
PPPR Media does not guarantee that every photograph is cleared for every possible use.
The licensee is responsible for explaining the intended use and obtaining any additional permissions required for that use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Image Removal Requests
A person appearing in a photograph may submit an image-removal request through the PPPR Media Contact page.
The request should include:
- The image or page URL
- Identification of the image
- The reason for the request
- Any relevant legal, privacy, safety, or contractual concern
PPPR Media will review each request individually. Submission of a request does not guarantee removal.
Unauthorized Use
PPPR Media may request removal, attribution, payment, licensing fees, or other appropriate remedies when content is used without authorization.
Unauthorized use may include:
- Republishing photographs without permission
- Removing a watermark or credit
- Using editorial photographs in advertising
- Selling prints or merchandise
- Distributing full-resolution files
- Presenting PPPR Media content as another party’s work
Third-Party Content
Some content published by PPPR Media may be supplied by teams, leagues, venues, promoters, manufacturers, publicists, news agencies, stock providers, or other third parties.
That material remains subject to the rights and license terms of its respective owner. PPPR Media does not claim ownership of third-party content merely because it appears on the website.
Copyright Concerns
Copyright questions, licensing requests, removal requests, or reports of unauthorized use may be submitted through the PPPR Media Contact page.
